I don't have the CF one, but I do have their fiberglass one. Fitment is great, quality is great, shipping/packaging great. And, even if you do end up having a problem somehow, Dave's a great guy and will surely take care of anything that might go wrong (though it should all be just fine)

Well, yes it has been fixed since that was the first hood we made. Geez, give us a break here No, the process has been refined and they come out looking great. I haven't had a single complaint yet on the finish. One guy had some issues saying it cracked, but when confronted with it, failed to reply.

The hoods are out, and have been refined to a work of art now. Just read this thread if you have questions about their strength. Common responses from the buyers and friends of the buyers all have been that they were pleased.

If Dave makes it, I wouldn't doubt it's a good product. The man has integrity

Ive got the CF radiator panel. Its gonna need some modding in order to fit, but it looks good.

We will have them on all of our cars in our booth this year, and we will have a couple either for sale there, or we are going to raffle them off. I have to work out those details though... I guess you'll have to go to SS to find out

Dave,

How hard would it have been or now to make the scope wider, similar to the odula hood on jt-imports.com? Seems that if people are worried about the stock IC heat soaking, then you could still block off the IC with the stock IC rubber and the extra area could be used to bring cool air right onto the engine and also let heat out when sitting.

Tim

It would have been alot. The tooling for the 3 molds we have cost $3000.

If you are worried about heat soak, drive faster

We might allow the winner to exchange it, I don't see why not.
