It would be nice if it did.

They seem to have good feedback. That doesn't mean it works of course.

They're MAGNETS.
You want to try it, buy a magnet for a buck and duct-tape it to your fuel line. It is exactly the same thing.

What exactly is it supposed to do? If it were a ring magnet and fuel were magnetic then it could possibly pull fuel through it... but thats what a fuel pump is for anyways.
If not that then is it supposed to filter? Thats what a filter is for.
No real use for this.

It's suppose to pull debris out of the fuel.

Its "supposed" to align the electron spins of the gasoline, essentially magnetizing the gasoline.

What good would alinging the electrons in your gasoline do? Sounds like something a neat-freak would want. Somthing like' "Man, I wish I could take care of that horrible mess known as my gasoline! If only there was some way to straighten them out... Hmmm..."

That is one of the most ridiculous, buzz-word filled, things I've ever heard.

For the maker of the thing, not shooting the messenger scathcart. =P

The theory may be sound, then again rubbing two sticks togeather, in theory, will produce fire. Making theory a reality is always the hard part.
