Is anybody Running ball bearing pivot control arms?
I have been thinking about the possibility of maching out my control arms to fit cartridge bearings. I know alot of rally teams do this and i'm sure other motorsport teams do as well. Has anybody dont this? If so i would like some feedback and maybe pictures if you have them. Thanks!

Race vehicles get all sorts of cool toys but the adjustments and performance come with a very high price...constant attention (and replacement).
Also, race vehicles are designed to excel in a very circumscribed environment- removed from their natural habitat, they don't work very well at all.
The modification you propose will probably net a small bit of suspension compliance (emphasis on "small") and only you can evaluate the cost/benefit issue...but it makes little sense to me unless you can provide the money and fettling lavished on the cars you want to copy.

thanks for some food for thought. i would think the ball bearing pivot would be plenty durable and not require too much service..... if it needed replacement it would just be pressing the old one off and pressing a new one on. Delrin is my other though as well, i know i want to go more solid this poly eurothane for sure.
Keep in mind however that the stock pivot point "soft mounts" allow for minor deflection in many directions (which is presumably what you're attempting to eliminate) but your ball bearing replacement will only tolerate stress from a single vector.
Unless the rest of the suspension is equally tightened up it would seem that all the misalignment (inherent in a multilink construction) will be newly focused on a part not designed to cope.
Or maybe I'm just overthinking this...
