Any ideas to not starting?
So after changing the gas, replacing the filters and spark plugs, and making sure the fuel line had pressure, this is where I'm standing now. When I try to crank it over, there's white smoke, but it won't start.
As well, what are these 2 holes for right above the spark plug holes?

I used to have issues with my 2nd Gen flooding every time I turned it off, sounds similar to what you have going on. The easiest solution I found was to install a toggle switch to cut off the fuel pump. The procedure was to turn off the fuel pump and crank it, then when it started to hit turn the fuel pump back on and it would crank right up every time. The best part is the total parts cost is around $5. It may or may not work in your situation, but it was a life saver for me, hope that helps

Yep, T1 (top) and L1 (bottom) spark plugs on the front rotor, and the same for the 2s on the rear.
Fuel rail is good, brother got out of jail today and we've been messing with it. We think it may be clogged injectors. Unfortunately, in the cleaning, the plastic caps on the ends got chipped off, so we're taking the ones out of my convertible to see if it'll fire up.

So, update. I got a compression tester, took out the "stem" (was actually a little ball), and hooked it up to the top spark plug hole of each rotor. It's time for a rebuild, isn't it?
