yeah, all that chip does is makes the ECU think that the throttle is always at 100%. so yeah, you'll get like 20 more horsepower at 1/8 throttle than you normally would... but yeah, there's no gain if you're flooring it. i'm surprised it's going for that much, normally they'll sell it for a penny, charge you 6 bucks for shipping, and put it in a regular envelope ($.37 to ship).
