Another wiper thread.
Okay, so I searched and I know that often the relay goes bad in the switch, however I don't have voltage to the motor either. I verified the motor is good. I also don't have a rear wiper. Fuses are good. Is there a central connector for both of these? The cruise switch has power and the windshield washer works. Don't know if there is an S4/S5 difference, but mine is an 89 GXL with a turbo swap.

Look at the online wiring for the series five wipers.
If the Blue wire at the wiper switch has pwr with key ON, then the Blue wire at the motor should also. There is but one elect plug inbetween called X-11 in the right foot well. If it's disconnected then that is the problem.
See the wiring diagrams for the location of X-11.
Both Blue should have pwr on the wiper motor plug.

So I got the voltage issue fixed. I now have voltage to the connector at the motor.
Now I am working on the ground. For some reason I have no ground at the connector for the motor. I would just move on to the switch, but I don't even have the constant ground right next to the spot with no pin. I know that location should always have ground. Any idea where this ground comes from? I would just wire it into the body, but I always feel like that is cheating. Preferably I can find the actual culprit.

If you meant the black wire in the plug, then it's as shown in the free online wiring diagrams for the series five. It terminates at gnd point 1, as shown in the free online wiring diagrams for the series five car.
B/t gnd 1 and the wiper plug there is another connector called X-10 who's location is shown in the free online wiring diagrams for the series five car.
