Another "What's wrong with my car" Thread

Hey everyone, sorry to add to the maelstrom of "ZOMG WTF IS RONG WITH MY CAR", but I am, lol.

In my bare bones stock '86 NA when I shift into fourth, and my RPMs are pretty low, when I accelerate, I hear an odd noise that I would categorize as 90% rattle and 10% grind. It only happens from about 2k to 4.5k rpms, and then it goes away. Now, Mazdatrix mentioned something similar to this, but only when the car isn't moving. Do I have anything to be too concerned about?

Also minor, but also happening, when I turn my wheel it sounds like a piece of plastic has broken loose SOMEWHERE, but I can't figure out where it would be, it almost sounds like its in the steering wheel itself, not the middle hub, but the wheel itself. Is this awesome?

And, before anyone asks, I already checked, and I haven't blown a pushrod.
