Another rx7 wont start problem, help please

My car has been know for flooding, so i followed a thread on here to wire a switch in that will help keep my car from flooding, so i wire in the switch and turn it off so my motor shuts down front fuel starvation, then i turn power off and remover my key. Then i flip the switch back and insert my key and attempt to start my car and the tach wont move and my car will not start now. so i have no idea what i need to do, i have disconected my battery and reconected it to no avail. I really need some advise anything will be appreciated, thanks, kyle.

If you are certain the tach doesn't bounce then check the 15 amp Engine fuse and the 40 amp EGI INJ fuse in the engine fuse box.

If the car is severely flooded then the Plugs won't fire, and the tach gets its signal from the Plug actually Firing.
Take the plugs out,and pull the EGI fuse in the engine bay.
roll the engine over to get the excess gas out of it(use a rag at the Spark plug holes) and put in a set of Clean plugs.
You can also put like a couple teaspoons of Oil or ATF in the spark plug holes, roll over about 3 times and then put the plugs back in,Hook up the EGI fuse and try to start it.
It sounds like the car is flooded and that is a common thing with the Rx7.

The tach input is from the trail coil assy. If no firing is happening at the trail coil assy..........then no tach movements when the key is put to Start. And vice versa.........if the trail coil is working then the tach needle makes small movements when the key is held to Start.

Soooo.........if a engine is not starting it helps if one looks to see if the tach needle is making movements when key is held to Start. IF not making movements....then check the ENGINE fuse in the interior and the EGI fuse(s) in the engine bay.

Among other things, the 15 amp fuse powers the Main Relay which then redirects voltage to the coils, injectors, ECU, emission solenoids and so on so the engine can crank w/o the fuse, but certainly not possible for it to start.
