Arrow Another rebuild Question

OK, how long should it be after a rebuild before it starts properly? As it is now I can only start her with starter fluid, EVERY TIME. I hope this is normal.

It's fairly normal, but it depends on how many miles you've got on it, and if you reused housings/etc. It should get better everytime you start it and drive it, I haven't had an engine yet that wouldn't start just fine on it's own after the first hundred miles

Ah, with new housings it should go quite a bit quicker.
