exhaust hangers would probably be a good idea as they're rubber and rubber does get pretty crappy after a while (and im sure the heat doesnt help)

Yea I checked the hangers and they do seem a little stretched. I dont want the exhaust to hang lower then it has to so I guess I'll change mine out.

The exhaust comes with everything, except bolts to mount to your midpipe/presilencer or whatever...
It comes in 2 pieces and includes 2 gaskets and bolts/nuts to connect the two pipes together, they even give you extra too.

All my rubber donuts were good but the one rubber hanger that has a 10?mm nut to hold it on was bad on mine. The hanger that is up next to the tank works fine as a replacement. Remember you have a whole side of hangers not being used so see which are better and stuff.

So its thursday now and I havent gotten my exhaust yet. But its not corksports fault. FedEx SUCKS So the exhaust arrived wens morning and was on the truck at 9. Its 3 and it hasnt arrived. So I call at 6 and they say its on the truck and it'll get to me by 8. I go to class and come home and its not here yet. So today I had work and was expecting to install it when I got home. I was really excited at work and left early to check it out. I get home and parents tell me its not here. wtf?! I thought they were kidding but Fedsucks *** didnt deliver. So I call again and they had a mix up with my address. He asks if id like to pick it up or have it "delivered" tomorrow. I guess im gonna have to call at 7 tomorrow and tell them not to load up my exhaust so they can drive it around for another day. Well at least I'll know I can get it for sure. THats bs, no gurantee on arrival dates for ground shipping. FedEx sucks and I dont think i'll ever ship anything through them again nor let anyone I know ship through fedex.

yeah im thinking about buying this catback too.....when you look at it, its the best deal for the money and the only bad thing that ive heard about it is being shipped late or back ordered....but i talked to corksport yesterday to order the side skirts and back bumper caps, and they said that they got a **** load in.....

YES!!!!! After spending a total of three and a half hours at two fed ex's I got them to give up my exhaust The exhaust looks amazing and is VERY light weight. I think a reason that was overlooked for the exhaust running through the driver side is because the fuel filler door is on the passanger side and it runs like that for saftey reasons? I figured that after remembering my 240's HKS exhaust running through the driver side.Yea so im letting the old exhaust cool down before I take it down and put the CS exhaust in.

hey Ni5mo180SX,

Are you still running with the stock pre-cats and main cat or did you replace them?

I am intrested in a review with the stock or high flow cats in.

Yea I still have the stock cats with a removed air pump and acv system so 6 ports are always open. I was in the process of installing the cat. back right now but I dont have a deep enough socket to get the bolts off the main cat so im waiting to pick them up from a friend. I'll let you guys know how it is when im done.

Well I finally got everything in last night. It took me a while cause I was working alone and was somewhat limited with tools. It looks really good. Comes out at somewhat of an angle but looks great. Excellent clearance too. I turned it on and was expecting it to be pretty loud like everyones been saying but its not really. It has a pretty deep tone to it. I took it out for a drive and it sounds really good but wasn't ever overly loud. The car seems overly smoother now and doesnt backfire as much as it used too but exh. temp does seem a little hotter now(?). At higher RPM everythings a lot smoother now. As far as power, (I have a vacuum leak thats screwing me over right now) id say there was a improvement in the 5krpm plus area.
BTW- for those that have installed it, how did you get the gasket to fit properly on the stock cat? Thanks

i dont know about bolting up to the stock cat, i took mine off and put a high flo one on. that is why mine is so loud right now, but overall i couldnt have asked for a better product. dont let the price fool you into thinking it is shitty, because it is top notch. it is very lightweight, beautifully finished, and it has a great sound. with the high flo cat it idles with a really low rumble, and continues rumbling till about 4k RPM. anything over that and the car screams, just a loud, deep, crotch rocket like sound. but its unmistakable, when my friends hear it they know it is me coming and not some shitty honda or something. the sound is addicting, and the increase in top end power was definitely noticeable.

Agreed. This is definetly a top notch exhaust for the FC. Everything from the fit and look of it to performance aspects.

BTW - I noticed the yellow fill up plug on my differential so I guess it is an LSD like ive suspecting this whole time
