That Buzz is oil/coolant buzzer
Find the ground wire to your coolant level sensor on your radiator (should be on top). If there is a break in the wire see if you can use that opening to ground that wire out while the car is in the on position and the buzzer is sounding, try again with the car running. If by chance you ground that wire and the buzzing stops it may be the wire or the sensor itself.

If the Sound goes away when you rev it,Your Coolant is LOW.I would check the coolant level. Also Check the Sender as WINGS mentioned.
Hell, while you are Under the Hood,Check ALL your Fluids!(oil, coolant,Clutch, brakes, windshield Wiper fluid..6 pack of beer.Cough!...and If you are "frisky" ,trans and diff.!)

its my coolant level, FOr some reason my coolant keeps dissapearing and i can smell it burning when i stand next to the car, the smell of sweet death. I really hope its not a blown coolant seal but i doubt it is, the exhaust doesnt smell like coolant and their is no white smoke coming out, i could see from my downpipe that the exhaust was smokin up so im pretty sure its an external leak, a very drastic one at that cause it went from being full of coolant this monring to a dramatic loss from driving 10 miles. Im going to do a pressure test this afternoon, but does anyone have any other tips for me?

turns out it was the coolant buzzer telling me to fix it before my car overheats. I had a pretty big coolant leak that was from a cracked plug, found it the next day and fixed it, runs perfect now!
check your car for leaks, worst case scenario is a blow coolant seal, cross your fingers
