Am I screwing myself???

I am going to start my new rebuild for the first time tonight...and I didn't flush the oil cooler. Don't want to spend the $$$ and then screw myself because I didn't.
thanks....

why cant you flush it with some paint thinner, degreeser, or something like simple green??

Oh sorry I didnt see the "TEST" part from the last guy. I guess that you'd have to send out, or use some sort of pressure guage with some compressed air. Im sure you can use something like that.

Bump, whats the story on this? First i have heard ... about flushing the oil cooler can this be done yourself? I'm not too concerned about "testing" it ... if it leaks its not working.

Am I screwing myself?
Since you are asking, I assume you are fully aware of the fact that you are!
