Alternator Identification.

Now first instinct is to think that this is an FD alternator because of the orientation of the clip however it seems to be a little bit off from where FD one usually is which is parallel to the bracket mount side.

This is the only writing on the alternator. Got it from Eagle auto electric and Im awaiting a reply but I feel like rx7 users would know better.

I just want to know because it would affect how I wire it to the car right?

Pop off the pulley and measure the thickness of the shaft. FD shafts are thicker.
More obvious would be the pulley. If you have a single (not double) V-belt pulley, I'd bet the house it's an FC Alternator.

Swapped the B pole from the S4 alternator to the new one so the stock wire would fit.

The pigtail I set up so that the clip would plug in but I cut the S wire is actually going to be run all the way to the empty spot in the fuse box or to an independant fuse. Not sure yet.

Nope. I just wrapped it up like that to keep it clean looking but the yellow is just wrapped to avoid touching anything. just the white and black one is connected to the green one. the other wire is being run to the fuse box as soon as I can find a female spade connector to fit.
Based on everything I've read so long as your connection is:
- at the firewall side bank of connectors in the main fuse box and
- lining up with the previously empty fuse slot and
- you don't forget to put in the 30 amp fuse (LOL)
you should be good.
