What i had thought to be a fix in the problem was a fluke. I still need some help. Sorry guys.

reread some of the wiring diagrams. What i spliced into should work but doesn't. If anyone has a photo of the pigtail colors, i would appreciate it.

So you're still looking for a wire to take the place of the B/W wire that is supposed to run to the alternator and has voltage w/key t on?
