Almost spun, weird sound in the front now

Hey guys, first post and all that fun stuff :p Did a search and couldn't find anything relevant.

I was out driving yesterday with a few friends and I ended up taking a turn just a tad bit too fast. Was taking a long left hander and was trying to slide the back out a little bit, car got traction and straightened out so the back whipped from right to left and I got on the brakes. I didn't hit anything, but the front passenger corner feels like it's low on air.

Obviously checked the pressure and it's the same as my driver tire. Wheel's fine and all that fun stuff. Haven't had the chance to get it up on jack stands, but I'm able to "whobble" the wheel if I pull on it. Not much, but just a little bit.

Any ideas? Nothing's snapped and it doesn't look like anything's bent.

check your ball joints and the wheel bearing lock nut on each wheel. without getting the car in the air and having a look at teh suspension, its a shot in the dark.

Maybe I shouldn't say it's so much a sound.

It feels like I messed something up with the suspension, it's bouncing just a little bit in the passenger front when it was riding smooth yesterday before I locked it up and slid it. Feels like it feels when the tires are going flat. (it's not, pressure's fine)

I Right, it sounds like it might be a brake problem if it just feels like when i trie is low on pressure.

And ditto what that guy above with the long name said (lol).

Oh yeah, i want to know about this:

tighten the berrings on any the wheels that "wobble"
check your swaybar end links while you're in there, I've sheered the mounting bracket on the lower control arm off after a particularly tight autocross

If it feels like it has low pressure, your brake caliper may be sticking, or your bearing may be shot. You may also want to check all your bushings and end links.

The car is aged, so for something like that it may damage any parts that have been wearing down. I myself have had to restore my complete suspension, and drive train. You may just have a simple problem, but check it out before anything else could possibly get damaged....

Heavy breaking when your too hot into a hard tun can cause flat spots which result in a wobble effect. If everything else seems fine then it might very well be the tire. Did you lock em up?

This is exactly what I think the problem is. Got the front end in the air last night and everything's straight. Just have a slightly shredded/flat spot on the passenger tire from when I locked it up and slid.

Thanks for the input guys.
