All of a sudden WAY too rich under boost

okay ran a few runs today with no issues other than a weak stock clutch (mods: rtek 1.5, walbro, 720cc sec, t4 hybrid, street port, wideband, safc 4000mi fresh rebuild with ALL new seals and springs) anyway let the car cool off, get in it to leave 4 hours latter, starts great, go to get on the highway and as soon as i get into boost (~5.5lbs) fuel cut kicks in and my uego goes super rich (pegged @ 10.0) and the car misfires and wont accel. so i double check my safc setting are all the way they were when i tuned it (prior afr was 11.2-11.4 under boost at 16psi). what went wrong? did my fpr (which is still stock) crap out? or did i loose an injector? or has my ecu taken a crap? any ideas prior to tearing into it in the morning is greatly appreciated.

with the rtek you shouldn`t be hitting fuel cut, i believe they removed it in the 1.5v also....check your spark on the lead and trail coils. also is your afm working, or did it crap out? Mine did something like this and it was bad trailing coil not firing,

i probs with my trailing coil before but it would throw a code (i have the check engine led lights installed in my boost gauge) and i am not getting any codes, happens everytime i press on the gas over 4000 rpm and get boost. before 4000 with boost and no boost after 4000 i have no issues.
