Alignment settings for front of car?
I'm having the front wheels aligned.. what are the best settings for handling on the fronts? I want them to be a little grabbier.. my car seems to push an awful lot, I've only been able to get it to oversteer using the gas pedal. Obviously I don't want to induce oversteer, but reducing the understeer would be fantastic.
Thanks!

put a little bit more - camber in front, and maybe a little - caster as well. a little toe out wouldn't hurt either (it'd make your turn in faster). however, these will all make your tires wear faster (except maybe caster?)

I'd like specific settings, as I have no idea what stock is and my car is currently nowhere near it, I'd be willing to bet. (impact with tree.. totally new suspension), I ghetto aligned it by eye but didn't mess with anything except the tie rod end, so I have NO idea what the settings are.
I don't care about tire wear, the sooner I get rid of these the sooner I can be on decent tires.
I also don't want to do anything that will make the car unstable at speed..

considing you only have 2 choices for camber. what you have now. or 0.5 degrees more or less (depending on what setting it is now)
there is really no point in giving you a number
caster can't be changed at all.
toe can be. I think mines at 0

I run 2.5' camber in the front and 1.5' in the rear. Toe is set to 20' in front and rear. Toe could be set more aggresively if you wanted. Caster is 5.5. Car is a vert with tein coilovers and 17's. Took it to the track a few weeks ago and the car is very well balanced.

Sorry, I meant 2 minutes of toe in front and rear, 2 degrees would be a 'bit' excessive. You could run less toe front and rear but. Typically people run 0 degrees toe front and rear all the way up to 30 minutes in f/r and some stagger toe f/r by as much as 20 or 30 minutes difference. Just do not run toe out. The only time you might want to run toe out is in the front for autocrosses. If you keep the dtts bushings for now, I would probably keep the rear toe to stock specs. I hate those things.
Lowering the car will induce more camber all the way around. You will need to dial a bunch out of the rear so at least get a rear camber link. Many places sell them for cheap and install in minutes. Never run more camber in the rear. A good general starting point could be to run half the camber in the rear as you have in front. You can run to much camber in the front also which will reduce the effective contact patch. Wider tires take less camber than skinnies.
