I have a 2 gen turbo II.
If I remove the airpump and install the airfilter, what should I do with the airpipe what is going to the motor?

 

Plug it. You will also need to remove your cats as well. And at that point, you might as well block off your ACV.

 

I have allready removed the cat. But what is ACV, where is it and how should I block it, what dose it give me?

 

The ACV is the thing the airpipe runs too... you can remove it if you are going to remove your emissions. Need a block off plate though.

I also have a problem with a motor..
when I start the car(motor cold) it starts to pump the nidle bitween 1300-1600. and when it s warm dose the same thing when I push the gas till 1600 rpm..???
