Air intake question

Hey guys. I got a Bonez racing cone intake+ adapter for my '86 N/A. Since I'm removing the stock airbox and the air intake pipe, is there any simple way to lead air to the new intake? Is it necessary to do something like that, or is there sufficient air around the new intake?

You are gonna need to make some custum ducting running to the filter, as to get cold air going to it. If you leave it how it is, its only going to get warm air from the engine bay. Do a search, as many people have done some efficient systems to make that cold air intake really cold...

I've got the Bonez kit without modification, and it works fine. If you want, you could make a cold air box, but its not neccesary.

The cone intake will give you less restriction, but you'll be sucking hot air unless you do something like this.
