hey guys i searched and nothing comes up what are the steps ?? do i need new bolts to screw in the platei got black rtv.....wat else?

use the double nut method to remove the studs, then replace them with allen bolts, either that, or use a washer and the original nut on the original stud. I hope this helps. Also make sure you scilicone the hell out of the ACV plate because it leaks in the upper left corner. Theres a really good write up on it on Rotaryresurection.com

**** load of washers on the bolts and alot of rtv made it work for me, and im only running two bolts cause one snapped, no leaks though

 

www.2751engineering.com sells a full emissions block off kit complete with new allen bolts for like $40.

Peep it. And yes, you will need to use some RTV around it to get a good seal.

your car will be slower with wired open ports, i know this for a fact.. Mazda made the system for a reason...

 

so what can i do?
