Air Con Removal

Hi guys,

My Air Con run out of gas years ago. For the last year I've been running without the belt on it. But now for something to do and a bit of fun i want to completely remove the Air Con system.
Just worried about venting harmful stuff into the atmosphere!!

So how should i undertake this task? and what should i look out for? Any problems people have had?

Many thanks

its really simple I just removed mine with the power steering. If you are going to remove it go ahead and take the time and remove everything. The only thing I ran into that gave me trouble was the condensor you have to unbolt it coming from the front of the car.

If it ran out of gas "years ago" there is nothing left to vent.

Too true

Just playing safe, but if it's run out then in theory should be fine.
