the horns are under the air flow ducts on the front bumper just in front of the A/C condenser/oil cooler/radiator, check the fuses as well(iirc it is under the dash left kick panel)

just pull the clips out of the air diverters and slip them out. the diverters are the black plastic pieces in front of the coolant reservoir and relays on the bumper.

not sure where the horn fuse is, it may be tied in with a different circuit and not labeled as the horn, never have had to search for the horn fuse yet so not sure on that one.

the answer should be in the FSM(factory service manual) which you can download off the web, the link to the manual is in the FAQ thread at the top of this section. i just don't have the time right now to look up how the circuit is drawn out so either you can look it up on your own or wait for someone else who knows to post it up.

If you press the horn button, and hear a click, that means the horn relay is working, and the problem can be cold solder joints in the body computer, which is located under the dash on the drivers side, next to the fuse box.
You may have to pull that, and resolder the thing (which i did), or just get another used one which may be working...
icemark also sells these units...

Thats my experience with the horn not working, and thats for S4 models!!

iirc, the fuse that the horn is tied into is a main fuse that runs other components of the car aswell (cant remember which one though)
