Ahh What's Wrong w/ My LIM?!!! Guru's Help!

Okay, I took of my LIM last night(pulling apart my engine to ship.........). And I noticed that this port on the left side(of the pic) is blocked completly, like it looks like someone took a quarter and wedged it in their and sanded it flush to the inside and outside of it. I have a pic take a look, it's a little crappy quality but any guru will know what I'm talking about. Is it supposed to be like this, or completly open like the other one...BTW it's an 89 Jspec Manifold. Also after my Intake and Exhaust manifolds are off, what should I take off next? Water pump housing and clutch fan? A/C and PS tower? Or does it matter? Thanks in advance.

It's supposed to be like that. The other coolant passage is open for the turbo coolant line.

The FMS gives a how-to on the teardown, but it's entirely up to you if you follow it.
