Cooling Fan Light On, Engine Temps Normal?

Cooling Fan Light On, Engine Temps Normal?
Okay as soon as I turn my car on the cooling fan light comes on and stays on my temps are very cool like less than 1/4 on the gauge, and I'm sure its not over heating, is there a fuse or relay that goes bad that will cause this?
Also I didn't want to start 2 threads but I have a puddle brake fluid that acumulates after I shut off my car, though the brake fluid resvior under the hood is the same as it always is? does the e-brake have its own hydralic system?

no the ebrake does not... it just uses a cable to the rear calipers so i would pay very carefull attention to your brake fluid level but are you sure its brake fluid cause it would have to go down some what fo the level to go down
is your car an auto? if its not it may be you clutch hydrolics leaking
will your car over heat when it just sitting there running cause if its staying normal when your driving that normal cause the fan doesnt do much when you are crusing
you can test the old clutch fan im not sure off the top of my head but im sure someone will inform you how to

You have either screwed with a relay up front or left the aux. cooling fan unplugged (in front of a/c) which is why the light stays on. Plug the fan in and/or the relay that is unplugged and it will go off. Doesnt mean it needs to be in use, just that it knows it's not connected. On cars that this gets removed from, you have to take teh bulb out.
Oh, your problem with fluid is likely the clutch master or slave.

Okay well I have removed that fan for some time now and it didn't used to stay on like it is, but okay....About the fluid though, it accumulates on the bottom of the area that hold the spare tire, right behind the fuel tank... so unless it can get back that far and still make a good size puddle over night, like 5" in diameter..... I'll keep an eye on it though

Damn I'm a dumb ***, I had my left over oil in a container in the hatch area of my car, and i guess it slid into the spare tire well...the rear of my exterior is completly striped.
And Aaron I remove a/c, p/s ect and am using a feiro fan instead of the stock clutch fan, that little cooling fan was just more weight than its worth....
