Ahh im such a fool- name that ground
So if you havent seen any of my other threads, ive been complaining of serious bucking at all rpms, engine flooding 1 out of 4 attempts to start, mysteriously losing spark, then getting it back later-- sometimes id have spark and it would crank and crank but it would not even flood, and other times it would start right up but it would always spit, buck and just generally wanted to die.
Well today while taking another stab at getting it running I came across this:

Is this the ECU ground? Ive pulled off the UIM and im looking at everything and making sure its all put together properly. I just happend to see this ground that I oh so foolishly left floating around. Im still going to check and recheck my vaccume lines, I just want to know if that goes to the ECU (weather or not it is, im still going to bolt it back on of course).
I cant believe I didnt fry something
edit: That ground is sitting on the UIM mount next to the oil filler and EGR valve.
