rc 750 primaries not sealing. VAC leak

I installed my RC Engineering 750 cc primaries and I have a horrible vac leak at the injectors. I used brand new Mazda gromits. It appears that the injectors were not being pushed into the gromits hard enough. I installed a small washer between the injector and the fuel rail to help the push the injector in to the gromit. This worked, but I still have a small leak.
Has anyone had any problems getting the RCs to seal? Has anyone found any other gromits that seal?
Thanks

I have done three rotaries with RC cleaned injectors and Mazda factory grommets and orings. NO problems at all.
Did you clean up the mounting holes good? Sounds like maybe there is something preventing them from sealing.

Do you have the insulator installed? Are you sure it's not an oring getting pinched? Lubed all the new rubber up first becoming installing?
