aftermarket wastegate with stock S4?

I know that I've seen a picture on here before of an aftermarket wastegate with the stock manifold. They had just cut and welded a wastegate flange on the manifold. I know that porting the stock one works well enough for ~10psi, but what if I want it down to a rock solid stock boost with a big ole' exhaust? i was thinking about doing something like this (if someone has a pic that'd be great, I cant seem to find it) and maybe running the stock wastegate too (would that lead to slow boost build?). also, does anyone have an opinion on the cheaper. knockoff wastegates?

I'm in the process of combining my s4 and s5 turbo.
The stock s5 waste gate is a much better design. I had that gate ported and used the rest of my (good) s4 turbo. I shouldn't have a problem with boost creep or anything

Just an IDEA for you.
