Use a piece of wood against the flywheel and hit it with a heavy hammer. May take a few good whacks to get it off.

take a pry bar and stick it behind it and pry it off. take a piece of wood and lay it on the face of the flywheel and wack it with a hammer. wack it all around the perimeter of the flywheel, it shoudl pop free. You can also use a flywheel puller aswell.

Screw the nut back on a couple of threads so that when it does pop - it doesn't fly off on your head or foot or whatever.

Other than that - Don't be a *****.

Yep, just one nut. I put a flywheel puller on mine and beat that. When I was done I needed to grind my flywheel puller back into a usable state as I had crushed various parts of the hardened shaft.

If it's out of the car, put the nut on partially, take a dead-blow mallet, and use a soft metal tube to whack on the back of it (hard), going from side to side... it will pop off eventually.

Don't use a metal mallet or you'll ding it...

OTOH, if it's in the car, you MIGHT be able to resonate it off by thwacking the flywheel until it comes loose (with a rubber shot-filled dead blow mallet).

You can also try, using the threaded holes that are in the stock flywheel, use a couple of pieces of steel where the oil seal is behind them or it will mess up the oil seal, thread some bolts thought the holes, tighten them up and give it a whack.
