Aftermarket throttle, intake, & other questions

Hi!

I've always liked the idea of a NA RX-7 that drives/runs well, but it always lacked in the power department.

After seeing a bunch of ITB threads, I wanted to try a budget approach, but done well with off the shelf parts.

Goal:
Nice driving NA with additional power. Nice drivability. Good power up to redline. Simplicity with a street port down the road. Sticking with 6 port engine until this one hatches or I find a 4-port then an intake manifold swap, but due to availability, most likely a 6-port.
Cruise control, power steering, and air conditioning. Car will most likely be tracked, like once.

Haltech or Megasquirt with premade harness.
Question 1: What would be the best option? I live in the sticks, so I'll most likely be remote tuning and I noticed most tuners like Haltech. Will be having a custom harness made.

Throttle Body + listing for all sensor provisions.

Injectors:
2 x 1000cc injectors in primary location.

Question 2: What are your all recommendations for injectors? I am a bit removed from the Marren/RC injector days.

Question 3:Speedmaster does make an intake manifold. Has anyone used it? It says for the 93-95, so it would be for the 4-port option, what would it take the adapt?

Seems like my questions are silly, but looking for off the shelf parts to help my FC do a bit better while replacing 40 year old parts.

Just in case, relevant car modifications at this moment:
Racing Beat Streetable exhaust
4.33 rear gears
Will be moving to 4.77 rear gears ideally this summer.

Thank you all for your help ahead of time!

Right off the bat, I would stay away from only having injectors in the primary position (middle iron). The fuel mixture wouldn't be even across the incoming air charge to the rotor. It could hinder performance at the least, or cause driveability issues and even engine damage at worst.

That said, I would rather see a 4 barrel throttle with injectors on board (Google). An alternative to this would be a side draft setup, but you could lose out a bit on low speed driveability (though I did daily a S4 6-Port in my FC with a huge street port and Weber 48mm DCOE, no complaints here).

Question 1: IMO if you can afford it, Haltech.
Question 2: Injector Dynamics if you're fancy; Deatschwerks have worked great for me.
Question 3: Have not used it but seems like you wound need an adapter from S6 to whatever earlier 4 port you want to bolt it to (S4/S5, FB).

+1 Deatchworks injectors work well, ID is probably better
the ports on the FD iron are higher, so they won't match up with an FC
