Aftermarket oil pressure gauge question

The gauge I bought today was from Murry's auto parts, it's a cheap-o oil pressure one. But the question is, there a oil pressure gauge that screws right in from where the old oil pressure sensor was? Since the one I just bought was $15 and the bolt/screw thing is too big to fit where the stock one was. Well if anyone can help me out it would be nice because my oil pressure gauge on my cluster is dead. Went about 1inch below 0 tryed to do everything i could but no go. Or is there an adapter that I can get? I need help with putting in my oil pressure sensor :'(. thanks in a lot of advance

just get the 1/8th plug and use that with the line.

Wait a minute.. arent ALL aftermarket plugs 1/8" NPT-27? If they are how can I stick into the 1/8" BSP-28 hole in the block? Is there a way I can buy an adapter from autozone or something... I really need an oil pressure gauge working here....

You should have had the necessary adapter to bolt it up to the block. even the ghetto walmart variety had the propper adapter.

just get a new sending unit, they you dont have to worry about it. if you are going to replace the stock guage i would get a mechanical guage, a $15 electric one will only be accurate to the point of whether or not you have oil pressure, not how much you have.
