After a year im on the verge of completin my 13b to 13bt conversion

Yup. After a year it's pretty much complete. Now just for the motor and wiring harness.

Well im picking up the usdm harness today and I had a few questions. How much does it differ from a N/A harness. Like any extra plugs and whatnot.

Also, im getting a jdm motor from online which has most likely been sitting around for a while. It's coming with a 30day startup warrenty. But I wanna know if I should do the ATF trick with it. And if so how is it exactly done.

On top of that I wanted to know if anyone knows what smog equipment doesnt come with the engine and if the na equipment will work.

Next I want to know what FMIC to install and a ballpark figure to how much it'll cost. Also any recommendations on boost gauges and a turbo timer would be great.

Finally any other info you guy would like to throw in to get this monster started would be greatly apriciated. =)

hehe, yeah, i went through this last year, cept i built mine, cause i didnt want to take a chance with a used engine.

ill anwser the question about the emissions stuff.
basically, most of the stuff is the same, except that the JDM engine has no egr valve, and i dont think you can put one on easily, because the egr bolts to the rear iron, and the jdm dosent have anywhere to bolt it to. so, yeah, otherwise, have fun, good luck.

I recently completed a N/A to turbo swap

I bought a JDM FC front clip.. and gutted my car car and stuck the whole chassis+engine wiring in

How you can it be pretty much complete if you don't have an engine or even know what plugs to change on the harness?

What Series do you have so we can see what's needed for the EFI harness.
BTW, If it's S4 you'll be better off going with NA EFI harness and extending wires.
