Does the water pump have a fuses ?...

Every time i accurate over 3000 rpm the buzzer goes off... but when im in neutral stopped the buzzer goes on.

No fuses for the WPump. Either air pockets or your water seals are damages. Have you checked the coolant buzzer for proper connection as well?
