89 mirrors are more "aerodynamic" than the 86-88 Aero mirrors..Just a Touch differnt inn style..the 89's are Rounder than the Squarish 88 mirrors..Try the Sticky at the Top of the Sec gen section..it may show them

I've looked through those, and don't remember seeing anything different. I've never known them to be different either. Learn something new every day!

The car in post #20 has a different shaped entry point for it is more rounded than the rectangular entry point on other aero mirrors.
