okie dokie
plugs: i would say just to run the stock plugs for the car, BUR7EQ leading and BUR9EQ trailing, NGK spark plugs, or you can get some performance HKS plus for 30$ each lol
oil: i would say use that royal purple oil that Racing Beat advertises and adding some Microlon to that for extra good, www.microlon.com , i dont know if zMax is as good as microlon but either should work well in cleaning out the inside of your engine on my n/a i run Havoline, i read a write up that says it works as good as all the other non synthetic oils and has a certain ingredient that cleans out the engine also
rad fluid: if it gets below freezing run the recommended 50/50 mix of coolant/water, in summer weather run with pure water and redline water wetter or some other type of "extra cooling" additive
gear/diff oil: royal purple again at racing beat, or the microlon stuff
plug wires: magnecor 8.5 or 10mm wires, either work fine and are the same firing the 10mm just have a higher heat resistance, and the 8.5mm are 5 bucks less lol

Check out the following sites for info on oil additives. Personally, I refuse to put any in my 13B. I give her straight mineral oil, and I change it as soon as it starts to darken.
Also, Mazda officially discourages using synthetics in rotaries.
http://skepdic.com/slick50.html
http://www.vtr.org/maintain/oil-additives.html - this one is probably the 'big daddy' of additive reviews...

Hope that helps.
