Advise needed!

I am planning and still researching into upgrading my car, from a stock turbo to a GT35r turbo. I most likely getting the gt35 kit from aspec tuning. But I still have a few question, about the primary injectors size, clutch selection and flywheel selection.

I am aiming for 435rwhp+/-
Supporting Mods that are goin along with the turbo upgrades:
Extreme secondary fuel rail with 1600cc injectors
Aeromotive FPR
SS fuel line setup
Greddy FMIC with either type S or RS BOV
Haltech EX6 EMS (full package)
Emission removal + block off plates
-need help with clutch selection/flywheel selection for that amount of power need to handle
-what should be the ideal size for primary injectors for that turbo setup
Wideband o2 sensor

Things I have done:
about 10-12k miles on rebuilt with 3mm apex seals
RB Full turbo exhaust
etc.

Am I missing anything? Also What other supporting mods do i need for this turbo setup? Do i need to change out my drive shaft and axle for a stronger one that can support over 500hp?

Exclamation

Also, I forgot to mention I have Walbro 255lph fuel pump in place.
I also was wondering will an ACT Z65-XT00 Clutch (Street Strip clutch with xtreme pressure plate) will handle that setup.

mod: please help me merge the post.

well, i have 1000cc primaries..but 720's should suffice for your setup... and youll want to ditch the walbro for a larger pump...

the clutch/flywheel issue is all about preference... i have a xtd stage 3 clutch w/ a racing beat lightened STEEL flywheel... keeps it easily streetable..

well, jrat has been launching hard on his car w/ 433 to the wheels.. and no drivetrain issues yet... but around 400+hp is where the drivetrain tends to fail if abused! i plan to just not launch hard, but roll into the boost... until i can get my chromoly axles and a custom driveshaft...

so just take it easy off the line, and you shouldnt have any trouble

Now I have a question about Fuel pump and fuel setup
Well Im planning to swap my 750cc secondaries to my primaries and 1600cc secondaries
Aerotmotive FPR and running parallel fuel system setup and SS fuel lines.
Also What do parts do i need for a SS fuel lines setup and running -an Fitting. I know fc3spro.com has listed fuel of the parts that i need it.
I know my walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump would not be enough to support this, and I know Nippon Denso (Supra TT) would be one up next. Would anyone recommend using a BNR33 GTR pump?
Planning to boost 18psi @ high settings and 12psi at low settings

Did you know that the Walbro outflows the Supra pump at higher pressures? Furthermore, my walbro has been at 490 HP now and it showed NO sign of letting up. Maybe I have a freakish walbro?

*edit* If you do go with another pump, can I buy your walbro?

The Walbro GSS341 model (also called the 255 lph HP) flows a little less than the Supra Turbo pump up to about 67 psi line pressure (24 psi boost), when 13.5 volts are supplied to both pumps. However, at 12 supplied volts, the Walbro GSS341 outflows the Denso 195130-1020 above 55 psi line pressure (compare John Cribb's Supra pump data to the Walbro charts). Like the Supra fuel pump, the Walbro GSS341 is an excellent choice for 450 cc/min injectors, especially if the fuel pump has not been re-wired (12 supplied volts). Also like the Supra pump, it can be used with up to 610 cc/min injectors if 13.5 volts are supplied, and up to 720 cc/min injectors if at least 16 volts are supplied. The Walbro GSS341 draws about half as much current (at 13.5 V, 8A @ 43 psi, 10A @ 70 psi) as the Supra fuel pump. Some slight modification to the fuel pump assembly is required and it may not be as quiet as the Denso pumps. The price is even less than the Supra pump at $100 to $150.

Actually, I should not have jumped so quick. They compare favorably with each other. They both have high and low points, with the Walbro outperforming the supra pump under lower voltages.

Here is an interesting graph:
