Advice about exhaust purchase

Whats up every one? Im planning on getting a exhuast around friday, i sorta had in mind i wanted to go with corksport because there exhuast seemed to have the ideal sound that has been in my head but after watching different vids on youtube certain pipes would sound different even if the set up was the same. also the apexi gt, n1 hks hi-power were another few choices. ill end up making my own exhuast after awhile but intill i do id like to get a nice sound that brings the rotary's note and gives me power.any help would be appriciated

also if possible put some video links up of you exhuast note if possible.Thank

If you don't value your hearing, your state doesn't have/ heavily enforce exhaust noise laws, and you aren't social to your passengers or people who call you while you're driving, go ahead and get one of those mentioned I rode around for 6 months with an Apex'i N1 catback on my n/a, and once I got a deal on a custom 2.5" catback with dual MazdaSpeed mufflers, I swapped them out without hesitation and sold the N1. It and the new header did make a very noticeable power increase on my stock FC, but it really wasn't worth all the attention from the cops, the multiple and expensive tickets, the drifters thinking I was in their 'crew', the nice but insanely loud tone, and the end to all conversation in/ around my car. I'd save up for an RB system, or start fabbing up your own system now instead of replacing your stock one only to later replace it again. If you do fab something up, presilencers and multiple mufflers are your friend, and they'll barely barely barely decrease power levels (barely)

However if you're T2, everything I just typed is irrelevant since it's much quieter with all the dampened sound from the turbo and what not...

Here's the N1 when I first bought it (it's much louder than it sounds, but you get the tone):

When I think back, I did enjoy the fireballs and being able to set off alarms all the time...

Is that N1 with or without a cat?
