Adjustable fuel pressure regulators
Anyone know if a honda fuel pressure regulator will bolt up to our Zenki fuel rails? (S4 N/A)
Before you flame me for bastardizing a 7, hear me out on this one....
I'm wondering if it would be possible to use the AEM adjustable, or clones availible for the honda's on my car. They're cheaper than the stand alone regulators and are easier to come by. Just wondering if they'll bolt up/work, or if they can be modified to work without too much trouble.
Anyone look into this at all yet? Any other cars that use the same fuel rails as the S4?
I work for my school in a machine shop so I know I could make adaptors for the honda units if there was any reason to do this. (might not be a bad idea if they don't bolt up)

I was aware of that set up, and in time will be doing that, but for the time being I'm wondering if I can throw a $20 used honda adjustable regulator on my stock configuration.
The parallel set up is over $70 in fittings alone....

I was thinking that if the honda and the FC pressure regulators both mate up to a flat flange with some form of O-ring for sealing, that it would be extremely easy to make an adaptor plate with the two bolt patterns in it and then simply bolt the adaptor to the fuel rail and then the regulator to the adaptor.

Crap, after REreading your original post, I realize you're looking at the aftermarket units - oops!
We looked into messing with them a few years ago but didn't want to waste the money in case it didn't work.  Any reason you want to mess with the fuel rail pressure on an NA anyways?  An S-AFC is an easier way to control fuel delivery...

because I already have a halmeter af30, and have a big street port which is very thirsty. I'm trying to make the best of what I have. (no money for the Safc yet)
