Adjustable Coil overs?
I live in saskatchewan and the roads here are pretty bad! especially in the city where i live! And i was simply wondering if anybody knows whether or not there are any company's which sell adjustable coil overs? If you don't know what i mean! i mean coil overs that allow you to crank a bolt and it raises the coil! in turn raising the car just a little but but enough to keep from smashing my car on the ground!!! well if you guy's have anything to say about them or if you know of the best kinds or of where i can get them! It would help me alot!

Ground control has em for the rx7's i did a check on 88 rx7 (its what i got) cuz i dident see anything on what year your car is or anything. There at Nopi.com
Just one pointer though man i got ground controls for my honda, and i gotto tell you coilovers are a pain in the ***. Believe me it sounds easy but the hassle is taht when you adjust one side it affects all the other corners of the car in there ride hight so you have to make small adjustments to get the car just perfect. Maybe its just my car but tahts waht ive seen happens. But other than that there cool and there pretty good price too i wouldent pay over 300 for em though

Ground Control or Mazda are the two I know of, I'm sure there are others.
The way it works is that the spring sits on a "ledge", which is screws down over a sleeve. As you turn the ledge, you raise or lower it on the sleeve, which in turn, raises or lowers the spring, and thus, the car.
Ground control is way cheaper than Mazda Comps, looks like the way to go to me. OTOH, most of you guys really don't need the adjustability, just need to find the right height and stick with that. Still not a bad idea, even if you don't really adjust them very often (or ever).

Adjustable coil-overs are used so that you can adjust the height of each corner to get even corner weights, effectively tuning the suspension. They’re not really meant to be cranked up and down as you need it. They also allow greater clearance to run wider rims.

Are you trying to tell me that i baught the wrong kind of car!!! i think not! MY TII is good for me! and the fact that i am only stuck here for another year does not mean that i should not try and find a solution for me not to be hitting the ground and for your info the roads are just really that bad! not on the highway as much as in the city i can't even get into my driveway without hitting the front spoiler on the ground! sorry but my city sux! for roads! and the adjustable coil overs will work! the only thing i am worried about is having them not be stiff enough!

Hks are so expensive, but if you have the money to burn then that si what i would do too. Right now I am trying to get a gruop buy going with a co. that buy them from aerospeed. Right now they run about 150 a set. the spring rate is 400 f/ 300 or 350 r I will now in two weeks if this is a go or not. if interested let me know, I am trying to get the price down to about $75 -$100 a set.

Don’t get me wrong here; coil-overs are great. If you can afford them then go for it. Just remember that for a road car you don’t want springs that are too stiff. It’ll just bounce over bumps and have less grip than slightly softer ones.
However, if you want to use these to raise your ground clearance, it will be at the expense of some handling. Also most people will agree that even the stock ride height looks a little high and lowering the car slightly (~30mm) makes them look really good. Raising it is going to make it look really strange...
Sorry if you were offended by my comments, but low ground clearance is just one of the disadvantages of owning a sports car like this. There’s always a trade off to get a car too handle and look this good!

If so, your car already has lowering springs. They are Apex'i, and are now obsolete.

Lemme guess, they are yellow, and say APEX'i on them when you look at the front (probably upside down writing....)
Is this your car?
