adding more injectors
If I were to add more injectors would that give me an added boost in the higher spectrum of rpm's. my problem is this.. when in 4th gear going 125 at 7000rpm, and shifting into 5th, it just doesn't want to pull... what can I do to get more out of 5th gear? Will adding more injectors that open in at higher rpm work? or is it time to take off my skirt and add ther turbo that is sitting at my house in?

I am adding injectors because I am running out of fuel at higher rpm's but my car is carbuerated and turbo'd. So I have a little different scenerio. I dont know if extra inj's will give you more in 5th, if your car is n/a and not beefed up enough it may just flood your engine with too much fuel. You could just tighten your bra strap I guess and slap the turbo on but its easier said than done!

5th gear is basically an overdrive. You're just not going to get a lot of torque, no matter how many injectors you add. By the way, I don't think I've ever heard of people adding injectors, rather they change the injector sizes. But of course you would also have to add more fuel etc. You would have to change gear ratios to get more torque in 5th (as to what ratios, I'll let other more experienced people answer that).
Adding a turbo (you really must like pain ), will not change the gearing, so again, you will have the same problem.
