If your radiator is full, like you say it is, then the sensor is the problem. It's the little guy popping on top of the radiator.

But be sure you're full on coolant and it's not leaking anywhere. Check around the thermostat gasket for leakage. Check the heater hose that goes from the block to the heater core.

You can get a new sensor at www.mazdatrix.com

Did you use the bleeder when filling coolant? Leave heater on full blast for a good 10 mins??

OK, 1st of all, pulling the thermostat probably did nothing mut make the engine run hotter... Yes, your coolant temps were probably lower, but that is because the coolant was moving too fast to pick up much heat from the engine. And about the buzzer, the system just needs bled probably. There will be a plastic screw (Bleed plug) on the top left of the rad where the heater hose connects. Unscrew this screw while simultaneously adding coolant to the filler neck, until the coolant starts coming out of the hole where the srew is. Then screw in bleed plug, and fill up filler neck, put cap back on. You should be good to go..

No you cant, nor should you. Fix stuff the proper way....ignoring it wont fix the problem, it will only cause more. If it is bled properly the buzzer will go off.

I had that happen on my car. Culprit was a bad rad cap.
Replace it.
