s4 and s5 body

i just want to know is the different between the s4 and s5 door is the color of that plastic (molding) all around the car, the front / rear bumper, the spoiler , and the tail light?

so basically if i buy some aftermarket front / rear bumper and tail light, and then do a paint job, no body could then tell what year it is ... right

how do you take care of the molding

accident near gas refill

I am about to buy a 88 GTU
the owner said that everything works fine but there was an accident near the gas refill about a basketball size, he said he drived the car 200 miles same day after accident and wheel was untouched.
The interior is in good shape no fades or heat damage anywhere with a crack near the ac vents

engine, tranny been rebuilt with 18k miles.
car come with ACT clutch with 8k miles
changed belts, hoses, thermostat brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder
all four injectors balanced and blueprinted by RC engineering recently
have all the paperwork on those works.

my question is would that accident hurt anything inside, i.e. gas tank ?
you guys think $ 1200 fair?

i havent see the car yet, but as discribe the accident should be the place that i circled in the picture.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Engine and tranny are the most important, and they sound good. As long as that dent is all cosmetic then you should be ok.

Its hard to tell from the picture but being so low, as long as its not major, I think every should be ok. The car looks pretty good as well. Good luck!
