Question Acceleration Problems

K if anybody can help me, I've been driving my 87 turbo II around for awhile now and everytime I acclerate and hit about 100kmph the car seems to not want to go any faster and hesitates, it also feels a bit jumpy when the rpm gets to about 4-4.5rpm. Also my boost seems to jump up alot? Is the jumpy feeling in the car just my boost or is it something else? Any help would b appreciated.
