AC makes car idle low/stall

usually my idle is fine when the ac is off, but if i turn it on, sometimes it just drops to like 600 rpm and almost stalls or does stall when i drop revs to idle from driving. other times, it'll idle right at 700-750 and doesn't get close to stalling after i push in the clutch. is this the tps? if so, how can i fix it? i've tried adjusting the idle screw, the screw on top of the intake, and the fuel lean rich.

btw, 88 se n/a

This is another one. Don't let the turboii part mislead you. This is relevant to N/A also. the url is......http://www.teamfc3s.org/info/articles/idle.html I have done the repair on the ECU that is mentioned and it cost only about three bucks. I also have minimal skills with a soldering iron. If I did it, anyone can.
