k so its pretty cold here in Canada n i have no heat also in the summer i have no AC i checked all the fuses with a meter n they are good the guy i baught it from said its the computer....guessing the logicon? neway he blew the engine and put in a knew one im thinking the guy just didnt hook everything back up cause I also have no horn, cigarette lighter, or interior dome lights? ... can neone let me know how i go about finding out whats messed up? thanks in advance

 

sounds like the logicon or maybe a relay for the other stuff
