CO RPM gauge light dim + more

I recently removed my dash to make a few improvement to the interior. When i re-installed the dash along with all the parts attached to it (plastic panels, ac/heater panel & control *****, harness, etc...), I noticed a few issues.

1) The RPM gauge light is dimmer than the rest of the gauges, even when the brightness is maxed. The needle functions normal and the rest of the gauges have 0 issues.

2) The AC/heater isnt blowing any air. All of the lights to the AC/heater control and other buttons are illuminated.

Anyone else experience similar problems after working on their cars?

Thanks for your time.

You may as well change all the lights in there since you have it all apart. I used leds so I would never have to do it again. They are a fair bit brighter too, which is nice because you can always turn it down. I think I got them at superbrightleds.com

So the blower motor isn't working you're saying? Fuse maybe? Or it may have gone out. Just shooting from the hip here.
