Absolutly no spark to leading Coil :(

So as the title says, i have no spark to the coil on my 88 TII with a fresh rebuild. Car ran and drove just dandy till it leaned out and cracked the rear seal(boost creep due to a 3" exhaust) . Is it possible there is a sensor i forgot to plug in or a vital connector i missed? with the multimeter i get 0.4-6 volts on the yellow-black wire but nothing more regardless if i am cranking or have the key to the run position. Also, i have already changed my fuses in the engine fuse block and under the dash. Any ideas why i would not be getting voltage to the coil?

Thanks,
brandon

ENGINE FUSE IS BLOWN. It's in the interior.
