ABS volts & ohms Q

Unhappy ABS volts & ohms Q

Anyone here have any test details they have done themselves?
Maybe aloop test ohms? on wheel sensors front &
back.
Any V/mv reading(s) ?
oh and where the hell is the abs computor mounted?
My 'fail' light comes on after 20 yards down the road
every time.
Anew pump $2000 us
wheel sensor(s) £130 uk
please help any help ,cant get the test set, and
year test due soon and will fail with the fault lamp lit.

ABS COMPUTER is located right next to the ECU. An inch to the left. I jpg'd a locator map on a post that was called something like *I CAN'T FIND MY ECU*. That thread has a photo of the ABS also. Can't be more than twenty or thirty threads down from this one.

local mazda dealer might have a tester, if not they should be able to bring one in. it'll plug in and give you the code telling you whats wrong. I think you would need a scope to do any testing yourself. (watching freq. in the wires, not voltage)

I just breezed thru the 89 manual online at http://FC3S.ORG and I saw in the BRAKE section some checks you could do with a mm. I have no ABS.
