okay, i finally have a little money to play with, and i want to port my intake manifolds and possibly get some pineapple racing sleeves.

i have dual exhaust/ header, no air pump, with the ports wired open.

my question is--- should i somehow activate the ports to open once i have the sleeves, or when i get the sleeves does it eliminate the need for the ports to open, & just have them wired open? this 6th port subject gets a little tricky because it seems that everyone has a different point of view, i just want to get the maximum effeciency and power from my car,

btw its an s4(86 gxl)

 

If you want maximum efficiancy and power, keep the 6-ports working as they were intended.
