about the check connector by the AFM

I was experiencing a clunky rattle noise underhood while idling, and I checked to see what it was, and my AFM is hitting my fenderwell. Chances would have it that it is grinding the harness for that white check connector that sits just above and to the outside of it. I relocated the harness, but I noticed one or more wires were frayed.

What does this check connector contain?
Do I need to unwrap the harness and insulate each wire individually?

if it's the white connector thats right beside the boost sensor, that's the harness for the AAS (automatic adjusting suspension) that's on the gxls. if your car is not a gxl i wouldn't worry about it.

Er, the connector is right beside a black box labeled pressure sensor. So I guess I don't care what happens to that one? No AAS for me :P

Cool, thanks. I thought about looking it up in the Haynes/FSM, but most of those check connectors are listed under their respective services, and I would never have though to check for AAS stuff.
