GA 91 vert no spark from trailing coil

I have a 91 vert that won't start. The trail coil is sending out no spark, Leading coil is fine. I swapped out coil pack with a known good one and nothing. The car just cranks like it wants to but never starts. What would cause the trailing coil not to fire. I am busy, so I have not really troubleshot anything yet. Any suggestions would be nice so it would cut my time down.

The car ran fine up until it would not start.

Fouled trail plugs or a low battery. The car should start without the trail coils working at all. They contribute very, very little to starting/running the engine.

IF your tach does a little bounce when cranking the engine, then the trail coils ARE working.

A flooded series five can be deflooded by HOLDING the pedal to the floor. The ECU sees this and also at the same time the START signal, so it shuts off the fuel injectors but keeps the spark, to help deflood the engine. Spark keeps sparking, lights up the residual fuel........engine starts.........you let off the pedal at the same time it starts, and once the engine is over 500rpm the fuel injectors start opening again. Something like that.

I would not waste a penny on trail sparkplugs for what you have. Its either flooded or there is another problem...
